Treatment Options

You will discuss treatment frequency options at your initial evaluation. Most of my patients typically come in 2 times a week initially, and then once they meet their short-term goals, frequency can be decreased depending on their long-term goals.

Because I don’t take insurance, I am able to be flexible with treatment frequency. If you are having a bad week, or a flare in your symptoms, I am able to offer you more frequent sessions.

I am also very excited to be able to offer the opportunity for multiple treatment sessions per day to allow for much deeper healing, a way to break free from deeper bracing and holding patterns, chronic inflammation, or highly traumatic events.

During a myofascial release intensive program, you will receive 2-3 hours of PT each day, for 4-5 days a week, depending on schedule preferences, and availability.

The first visit will be a comprehensive one on one evaluation, hands on treatment, and self-treatment instruction based on individual goals.

Subsequent visits will be focused on treatment via a multitude of treatment options. Most interventions are manually based, but patients will experience guided imagery, energy work, and various avenues to complete their flight/ fight cycle and experience authentic healing. I am expertly trained to help patients break free of these difficult holding patterns.

Customized myofascial self-treatment plans will be implemented so that patients can continue on with their treatment success when returning home and back to “real life.” Simple tools such as a small ball, foam roller/cylinder and wooden roller can give the patient the ability to reproduce the techniques that are helpful to their healing and give the patient a sense of empowerment over discomfort.

Intensive myofascial release therapy programs are very healing, and sometimes not easy, but they are most often the most important conversation you will ever have with your body. They provide insight into what is stuck and still needs to be processed to allow for your body to move more freely, with more fluidity, and with ease.

To schedule a myofascial release intensive, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit to schedule your week, and the balance will be due on the first day of your treatment.
