Welcome to Turquoise Therapeutics. I am excited to partner with you in your healing journey! All scheduling blocks are in 60-minute increments. You are more than welcome to schedule more than one block a day, or back-to-back blocks when available.

I am located on the ground floor with a ramp over the curb for easy access to my suite.

Please have your New Patient Evaluation Optimization Forms filled out prior to your arrival to decrease time spent on paperwork during your evaluation time and maximizing treatment time during your time block.

If you are unable to complete your paperwork ahead of time, please arrive to the clinic 15 minutes prior to your appointment and we can finish your paperwork during your session if needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, please call me at 708-505-2345.

I am committed to helping you get the results you want, and would much rather you come to your scheduled appointments, but understand that things come up. Kindly allow 48 hours for cancellations and rescheduling your appointments if you are unavailable.

Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice will result in 50% of your session charges, and failure to attend your appointment (no show) will require the 100% of your session charges.

These charges will be issued as a bill and must be paid prior to your next appointment.
