Appointments associated with purchased packages must be redeemed before the expiration period. All appointments within a package must be scheduled at the time of purchase.
Returns/Refunds:
We do not offer any refunds. All sales of products and services are considered final. Digital products are non-refundable. Packages are nonrefundable and nontransferable. In the event of a refund request, the value of all services provided under the package will be assessed at the standard service rate ($250 per hour) and subtracted from the total package price paid. The refund will be processed for the package amount, excluding the standard service charges for the services rendered.
Chargeback:
By making a purchase with Turquoise Therapeutics, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us. Upon using our services, you acknowledge and agree to cover all associated costs and expenses arising from any chargeback initiated by you. You explicitly commit not to issue a chargeback for any amounts billed to your credit/debit card in connection with the services under this agreement. In the event of a chargeback on a credit/debit card charge initiated by you, you grant us the authority to recover the chargeback amount, as well as any chargeback fees imposed by a payment service provider. This recovery may be pursued through various means, including but not limited to recharging your credit/debit card or engaging a collection agency. Chargebacks may result in the suspension of access to services, programs, and products purchased through our website.

Users may submit reviews and ratings. We reserve the right to use, display, transform, moderate, edit, and/or remove content posted in your review. We may remove content that violates our policies at our sole discretion. Your review must be based on your experience and may not be false or misleading.
